Note: If taking medication, only take after consulting a doctor. Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, under 18s, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K, which can affect the effectiveness of blood thinners (e.g. Marcumar®).
