1. Commitment to Secure Payments

• Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be authorized at the point of order and charged when your order starts processing for fulfillment at the FormMed warehouse.
• Digital Wallets: For faster checkout, we support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. These platforms provide an extra layer of protection as your financial details are not shared directly with us.
• Direct Bank Transfers: Within the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), we offer direct bank transfer options. Please note that orders will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared in our account.

3. Currency & Conversion

All transactions are primarily processed in Euros (€). While our website may display estimated prices in other currencies (like USD or VND) for your convenience, the final checkout amount will be in Euros.

If you are using a card or bank account based in a different currency, your financial institution will apply their own exchange rate and may charge a dynamic currency conversion fee. MK Health & Beauty is not responsible for these additional bank-levied fees.

4. Billing Information & Tax

Value Added Tax (VAT): As a German-based company, all prices on our site include the statutory German VAT where applicable. Business customers within the EU with a valid VAT ID may be eligible for VAT-exempt billing under reverse-charge rules—please contact our support before placing an order.

Order Invoices: A digital invoice will be sent to the email address provided during checkout immediately after payment confirmation. Printed invoices are also included with every shipment originating from the FormMed facility.

5. Transaction Security Protocols

We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers. All sensitive data is handled by our payment gateway partners (such as Stripe or PayPal), who maintain the highest standards of data security. Our Site/App is regularly scanned for vulnerabilities to ensure a secure shopping experience.

6. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Refund Timelines: Once a refund is approved by our customer service team, the funds are released immediately. Depending on your bank, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks: We encourage all customers to reach out to us first if there is an issue with an order. Unauthorized chargebacks lead to account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing discrepancies fairly and promptly.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our community, all orders undergo a routine fraud check. We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value orders or orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses. Failure to provide verification may lead to order cancellation.
