• FormMed micronutrient products with broken security seals, opened bottle caps, or prior use (unless professional lab testing confirms internal quality issues).
• epiAge epigenetic test kits with broken protective seals or completed saliva sampling procedures.
• Products damaged or deteriorated due to improper customer storage (e.g., exposure to high heat, direct sunlight, or humidity).
• Return claims submitted later than 48 hours after successful delivery.
