Is the consultation free?
The initial consultation is completely free. You only pay if you decide to use products according to the recommended plan.
I take prescription medication – can I use micronutrients?
Please tell our expert about all medications you take. Some micronutrients may interact with medicines; our expert will point this out and recommend that you consult your treating doctor when needed.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
Your latest blood test results (if any), a list of medicines and supplements you take, and the health topics you care about. You can take a free health test beforehand.
When should the plan be reviewed?
Usually after 2–3 months of regular use, or earlier if your health changes. Our expert will schedule follow-ups with you.
