To provide you with the most convenient and secure shopping experience when ordering authentic FormMed micronutrient products from Germany, MK Health & Beauty supports the following payment methods:

2. Shipping from Germany to Vietnam

• Official Import: Products are packaged under medical standards and shipped directly from FormMed HealthCare GmbH headquarters (Hohenbrunn, Germany) to Vietnam.
• Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.
• Package Inspection: You have the right to open and inspect the packaging seal alongside the delivery agent upon receipt.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. Therefore, we provide a transparent return and refund policy:

3.1. Conditions for Eligible Returns / Exchanges:

• Product is damaged during transit (broken bottles, damaged Q360⁺ security seal).
• Incorrect product, incorrect dosage, or wrong quantity delivered compared to the order.
• Product is near or past its expiration date (EXP) at the time of delivery.
• For the epiAge epigenetic test kit: The test kit packaging/seal must remain unopened and intact.

3.2. Refund Process & Timeline:

1. Step 1 (Contact): Please take photos/videos of the issue and email them to info@mk-health-and-beauty.com or call our Hotline 028 3929 3636 within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Step 2 (Verification & Return): Our CS team will assist with picking up the item and sending a replacement free of charge.
3. Step 3 (Refund): If a replacement is unavailable, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
