Children aged 4–6 years 1 capsule, children aged 7–14 years 2 capsules, adolescents from 15 years and adults 3 capsules with food.
For small children or if swallowing difficulties occur, you can also open the capsule and stir the contents into cold food.
Note: Contains vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant drugs (e.g. Marcumar®), only take after consulting your doctor).
