2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule each in the morning and evening).*
Gut-in-form Flora® Fibra 5:
2 measuring spoons per day: morning and evening each 6.4 g powder (= approx. 1 measuring spoon) stirred into at least 200 ml of water.
Omegaform® 375 EPA+ concentrate:
Take 2 – 6 capsules per day with food and some liquid.
*Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by persons under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
