Details
Our Weight Bundle contains Metabol-in-form® Metabolic Activity multi+ with vitamin B12 for a healthy energy metabolism. 2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule each in the morning and evening).*
Darm-in-form Flora® Fibra 5:
2 measuring spoons per day: stir 6.4 g powder (= approx. 1 measuring spoon) in at least 200 ml water each morning and evening.
Omegaform® 375 EPA+ concentrate:
Take 2 – 6 capsules per day with food and some liquid.
*Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, under 18s, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant medications (e.g. Marcumar®), only take after consulting your doctor.)
