Where are FormMed products made?
All products are developed and manufactured in Germany by FormMed HealthCare GmbH – a micronutrient brand founded in 1996 with a range of around 400 preparations for healthcare professionals and consumers.
What is Q360+?

Are products tested independently?
Yes. Each batch is tested by the independent GBA Group for heavy metals, microorganisms and more than 600 pesticides. Some products are listed on the Kölner Liste® for athletes.
How do I know the product is genuine?
MK Health & Beauty officially imports and distributes FormMed products. Products come with the original German label, seal and batch (LOT) number printed on the pack. Contact us if you need batch information.
When is the best time to take micronutrients?
Most vitamins and minerals are best taken with or right after a meal; fat-soluble vitamins (D, E, K, A) and omega-3 are absorbed better with some dietary fat. See also The best time to take vitamins.
Can I take several products at once?
FormMed preparations are designed to be combined. When combining products, make sure you do not exceed the recommended amount of the same nutrient (e.g. vitamin D, zinc, iron). The MK expert team can help you build a suitable plan.
Can I take supplements while on medication?
Some micronutrients can interact with medication (e.g. vitamin K with anticoagulants, calcium/magnesium/iron with certain antibiotics or thyroid medication). If you are being treated or take medication regularly, ask your doctor first.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Close tightly after use and use before the date printed on the pack.
