Depending on body weight:
- approx. 50 kg: 17 g powder (2 measuring spoons) in 500 ml water
- approx. 75 kg: 21 g powder (3 measuring spoons) in 750 ml water
- approx. 100 kg: 34 g powder (4 measuring spoons) in 1,000 ml water
stir or prepare in a shaker and drink on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating). If necessary, the daily portion can also be divided throughout the day.
Note: A slightly bitter-sulfurous aftertaste is characteristic of the contained amino acids. For better taste, stir into cold water, sparkling water or orange juice.

Verzehrempfehlung
In Abhängigkeit des Körpergewichts:
- ca. 50 kg: 17 g Pulver (2 Messlöffel) in 500 ml Wasser
- ca. 75 kg: 21 g Pulver (3 Messlöffel) in 750 ml Wasser
- ca. 100 kg: 34 g Pulver (4 Messlöffel) in 1.000 ml Wasser
verrühren oder im Mixbecher zubereiten und auf nüchternen Magen (mind. 1 Stunde vor bzw. 2 Stunden nach dem Essen) trinken. Bei Bedarf kann die Tagesportion auch auf den Tag verteilt werden.
Hinweis: Ein leicht bitter-schwefeliger Beigeschmack ist charekteristisch für die enthaltenen Aminosäuren. Für einen besseren Geschmack in kaltes Wasser, Sprudelwasser oder Orangensaft einrühren.
