Take 9 capsules per day with food (preferably 3 capsules each in the morning, noon and evening) with 1–2 glasses of water.
Note: Due to the high swelling capacity of glucomannan, there is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake. Drink at least 1 glass of water per capsule so that glucomannan reaches the stomach. When taking medication, maintain a minimum interval of 2 hours. Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by persons under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
