2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons under 18 years, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
