During endurance phases, take 2 capsules every hour with plenty of liquid. During intense physical exertion, the dose can be increased to up to 6 capsules.
The capsules are also suitable for making an electrolyte drink. To do this, simply open the capsules, dissolve them in water and add carbohydrates as desired.
