BCAA-form® 800+ combines the branched-chain essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine—highly dosed and in ultra-pure quality. Take 3 × 2 capsules a day with or between meals, with plenty of liquid.
As a training supplement: 5 capsules about half an hour before your workout and 5 capsules immediately after your workout, with plenty of liquid.
