If you have difficulty swallowing: Open the gastro-resistant capsule, let the contents rest for 10 minutes in water or milk (not hot) or yogurt, then take with food. This increases the survival rate of the bacteria.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
